Prize by Radisson, Vienna City

Great location, but the hotel's cleanliness was a major issue. Both trash cans in the room still had the previous guest's rubbish when I checked in – they clearly weren't emptied. The room was small, and the curtains were see-through (this was the most frustrating part, as light streamed in early every morning).

The room isn't huge, but it's clean and tidy. I checked myself in using the computer at the front desk, which was handy. The best part is its proximity to the train station, and you can easily catch the tram right outside to get to the city center.

About 600 meters from Vienna Central Station, just a few minutes' walk. The hotel rooms are spacious enough and well-equipped. They even had live World Cup broadcasts on TV! Breakfast was also good, highly recommended!

Traveling from Budapest to Vienna by train was a breeze. The hotel is conveniently located right outside the East Exit of Vienna Central Station. It's super easy to get around, and Belvedere Palace is just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast selection was extensive. Public transportation access is also excellent. Austria is truly beautiful!

Don't come here! This hotel is incredibly, incredibly dirty. There was hair all over the chairs, pillows, duvets, and sheets – it made me sick to my stomach just looking at it. The pillows were huge and extremely high, and they wouldn't flatten at all. Sleeping on them felt like my neck was going to break, so I didn't get any sleep all night. Check-in was self-service, and it was annoying to have to fill out so much private information that wasn't even related to my stay.
