Great motel.Large rooms.Very comfortable bed and the staff were very friendly and helpful.I have stayed here on 4 occasions and will continue to stay here when in Vientiane.

The location is convenient, but the hotel is overpriced compared to much better options in the same area. The service was very disappointing. When I arrived to check in, the receptionist didn’t greet me and was busy using her phone. I had to approach her and say I had a reservation. She simply said “Passport.” That was the entire conversation — no welcome, no explanation, nothing. Very unprofessional. The room condition was poor. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there was no shampoo provided. The pillows were the worst I’ve ever experienced — even stacking two together still felt thinner than a normal pillow. Soundproofing is basically non-existent. Every time a nearby room closed their door, I woke up because the noise echoed loudly through the walls. Breakfast was just average, nothing special. The worst part? Mosquitoes in the room. For the same price, you can definitely find a much better hotel in the area with better service and facilities. I would not recommend staying here.

This hotel is very quiet, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The best part is its location, right near Yongzhen Night Market, which is super convenient. I personally had a great stay, and if I get the chance to visit again, I'd definitely choose this place.

Excellent location. Near the food night market and night market in walking distance. Hotel provides the good coffee and breakfast. So surprisingly that it has a gymnasium and indoor swimming pool.

The location is great. It's a short walk to the night markets, restaurants and laundromat. The staff are pretty nice. You can order freshly cooked eggs at breakfast. They have an espresso machine too. The rooms are a good size with chairs and bench space to sit. The only weird thing was how the bathroom has glass doors. It was really funny seeing people do their business in there! There was also a lot of construction going on next door but it didn't start too early so it was fine.

The hotel's location is excellent; there's a night market just across the street, which is very lively and offers a fantastic variety of food that really whets your appetite. The breakfast selection was great, and I was pleasantly surprised to find congee and salted duck eggs! 😦

It smelled strongly inside, there were no disposable slippers or toilet seat covers, and the room was damp and old.

The hotel has so much potential but is extremely run-down. Dust and dirt everywhere. The staff avoids speaking to you, whereas at other hotels every employee makes a point of greeting you. The gym has plenty of weights and equipment, but like everything in this hotel, it needs cleaning, painting—everything is covered with scattered debris. It's heartbreaking to see a hotel with such potential so neglected by management. The luxury has been gone for decades.

Location is good, very near the night food market The door lock is not good, sometimes is not fully functioning. The sound proof is not very good as you can hear outside very clearly.

Just ok. TV or Internet did not work properly entire stay. Elevator is never cleaned and was not working part of my stay; I was on the 6th floor😒. The “pool bar” is just an old unclean pool area used for storage of construction debris and supplies. Did not use pool: dirty and cloudy water. Breakfast was probably the best part of the stay. And the bed was decent. I would not stay here again.
