The stayed was good, but everything not perfect. - Rooftop bar was closed early before midnight. But nice vibes. - The quality of room is 3,5 star.

This was not the first time I stayed at Eastin. Service was a bit slow and had to call the front desk to replenish items as they didn’t provide enough. The room had a very bad smell but the restaurant is nice and if you aren’t staying for too long it’s ok.

Nice room, good service, nice swimming pool and gym room, everything is good, but the price is a bit expensive for 4 star hotel in Vientiane. You may need to download their app to reserve the Shuttle service to night market and Nam Phou park.

The night view and atmosphere from the rooftop bar are fantastic—perfect for unwinding in the evening. Delicious Dining: The breakfast spread offers a great variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot items. Ordering lunch and dinner at the hotel was also a hit—the Tom Yum soup and Pad Kra Pao were fresh, hot, and packed with authentic flavor! Clean & Comfortable: The room design with cool blue and white tones feels very clean and soothing. The bed was super comfortable for a good night's rest. Friendly Staff: Every staff member was attentive, polite, and always greeted me with a warm smile. Overall, it's a wonderful choice if you are visiting Vientiane. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

You can enjoy views of the Mekong River. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel is clean. However, there are no amenities like toothbrushes. The refrigerator is weak; it couldn't even chill my Beerlao. One staff member was quite arrogant and made me uncomfortable, but everyone else was nice. The pool is available even after check-out, and there are showers, which is convenient for return flights, especially on the day you head to the airport.
