Very nice and clean hotel in the center of Vientiane. Kind and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Convenient location in the city center. The receptionist was very friendly and introduced us to the Laotian specialty restaurants and the food night market. It was really delicious! The room was big and we had a comfortable stay!

One of quite new hotels in the heart of Vientiane. Nice room decorations, fully equipped with necessary stuff. Nice and friendly hotel staff. There are four floors without lift. So, if you are not so strong or sportive person, please request for a lower floors. Prices are reasonable with breakfast.

This charming hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is ideal, nestled between the Mekong River and the Parkson and Vientiane Center shopping malls, with several excellent restaurants just around the corner. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully furnished for maximum comfort. However, what truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional staff. Every team member was warm, friendly, and eager to assist with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt truly at home, providing the best service we’ve encountered in all our years of traveling through Laos. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for both convenience and a personal touch during their stay in Vientiane.

Exceptional experience. The staff at the hotel were excellent. Nanny, at reception was extremely friendly, helpful in all matters, warm and can speak multiple languages. The house keeper did an incredible job of keeping the place spotless. The hotel is within walking distance of the main attractions, shopping centre, markets, Cafes, bus Station and 20 min away from the airport. The room is massive and comfortable. Thank you for making my week in Vientiane an unforgettable memory.

Vanida hotel is a boutique hotel a bit out of the city center. The rooms are spacious, clean and you see the management is thoughtful. There was a good hairdryer, comb, razor blade, tooth brushes. The downstairs area is perfect to work, enjoy a free tea or coffee. Even though the hotel is not in the center, you have the big shopping mall nearby, few awesome cafes and a decent gym on walking distance I would recomend!

The first impression is that it is very clean, and it feels very comfortable from the first floor lobby to the room. The rooms are apartment style, so they feel like home. Receptionists are very friendly, and they can speak English, Korean, Chinese and a little Japanese. It's amazing! I enjoy the stay in this hotel.

Family rooms a really big! Beds are very comfortable! The staff was very nice! Breakfast was good enough (every day were delivered to the room). The location is quite - not far from the city center. Some big malls and exchange place are in 5 min walk. In my humble opinon it is much more conveniet to live in this part of Vientniate then in touristic city center. The restaurants with good reviews are also way better in this part of the town then in the city center. Same time everything is still in the walking distance. The only thing you have to keep in mind - the hotel don't have elevator in the building, so it might bit a bit difficult for old people and couples with big amount of luggages. For us it was not an issues, but might be an important clause for somebody else ;-)

I liked the location just outside the main city center but easy walking distance to most places. There is a small store on the corner to buy basic things and also a 7-11 type store 2 or 3 mins walking distance. It's a nice place to return to after being in the tourist/main areas and is very quiet in the evening. They have a washing machine if you need to do laundry which I greatly appreciated. Some of the staff members struggle with English but try their best to help. (Google Translate helps this process greatly) AC worked great and there is a fridge & kettle in-room as well.
