I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly delightful experience. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy and convenient to get around. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Scot at the front desk who went out of his way to assist us. I’d also like to thank Mr. Chaiwat, the F&B manager, for his outstanding attention to detail and genuine care for the guests. The food was absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations. If I have the chance to visit Laos again, I will definitely choose to stay here once more. Highly recommended! Chai Tse
