The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always smiling. The room was clean and smelled great.

Room Phakdee is cheap with a good view, but the bed is a bit small. Overall, it's average.

Good. Breakfast is delicious. It's right next to the Mekong riverside market, just a short walk away. The atmosphere is also great.

This is a mid-sized hotel that truly rivals some of the more famous chains in quality. For the price, it's more than just good value for money. The staff in every department were excellent and polite. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean, with fresh linens and smart TVs. The location is great too, with plenty of food options nearby. The breakfast was also good; even when I went down to eat close to 10 AM, staff kept replenishing the food. There was even someone to open the hotel door for guests, a service you typically only find in hotels costing upwards of 4,000 baht a night. If I have the chance to visit Laos again, I will definitely stay here.

This hotel is right on the Mekong River, next to a well-known large hotel, but the price is excellent. It has all the amenities you need. It's a small but great hotel.

This hotel in Rome is clean. I really liked the receptionist. I loved it!
