The hotel is in a good location in walking distance to the night food market and the night market along the river and about a 10min drive to the airport. The room was spacious and quite modern. While there were lots of windows and two small balconies they weren’t really functional as they were mostly covered with wires or walls. Also from the 3rd floor, people on the street would be able to see directly into the room with the curtains open. Everything was pretty comfortable except that there wasn’t any hooks in the bathroom for hanging up towels and toiletry bags. The towel rack is above the toilet which isn’t really functional. Also I was grossed out with a hair in the bedding that didn’t belong to us, it was like worked into the pillow. And for this type of ‘deluxe’ room I would have expected a full length mirror. I think that’s a basic in any hotel room tbh.

The accommodation was clean, and the bed was so comfortable it felt like I was floating. The bathroom was spacious. The hotel is close to tourist attractions and includes breakfast. All the staff provided excellent service, helping with luggage. The staff at the bar on the 8th floor were lovely, fun to chat with, and the prices were reasonable for a relaxed evening.

I stayed in room 504, and the air conditioning was noisy all night. Everything else was pretty good, though. The night market is just a block away from the hotel and is very lively, with local young people eating late-night snacks and drinking. It's less than a 20-minute walk to the Central Bus Station, which is quite convenient. Next door to the hotel is a restaurant called 'Piaopiao Fan' that accepts UnionPay cards with no extra fees. The hotel also has a laundry room with two washing machines and one dryer. You'll need to buy detergent from the front desk for 10,000 kip, and one packet is enough for at least three washes (I didn't buy it myself).

The room was clean and well-equipped, very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is served on the 5th floor with a panoramic city view. Everything was great, though the breakfast wasn't particularly 'wow' for us. Other than that, I loved it! It's not far from Si Hom Market. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
