The front desk staff were lovely and welcoming, with excellent service. The hotel itself was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It's also surrounded by tourist attractions.

This is a new hotel, opened in 2026, and currently offers great value for money. The facilities are excellent, with spacious rooms, central air conditioning, and a separate mini-fridge. There's a free self-service laundry, though no dryer, so you'll need to air-dry your clothes on the 7th floor. It's conveniently located in the old town of Vientiane, not far from the airport, making transportation easy. In my opinion, it's the top choice among four-star hotels outside of the Mekong River area.

This hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transport links, offering great value for money right in the heart of Vientiane. It's a quick trip to the Mekong River, and the facilities and equipment are all new. Plus, there are live band performances near the hotel, making for a really good overall experience.

The room was clean and tidy, with a French light luxury decor and a very sophisticated black and white color scheme. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, and the mattress was just the right balance of soft and firm, providing a first-class sleeping experience. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend staying here.

Had a great experience! We came from Vang Vieng. It's really close to the high-speed rail station, less than 20 minutes by taxi. The hotel's location was a pleasant surprise – tons of food options all around. We booked this hotel by chance, and the value for money is excellent. Especially around French Street, there are all sorts of delicious eats. It's also near the Mekong River. Just step out and turn left, and you'll find food everywhere: Korean, French, trendy little bars, and coffee shops, all really good. The main thing is how convenient it is; it's perfect for people visiting from out of town.
