Great place to stay with excellent service, clean and cosy rooms and a very good restaurant too Ind an colonial style building in the old city centre. Very clean pool and very caring and friendly staff in all the hotel We enjoyed our stay a lot and hope to be back one day.

A perfect hotel in every way. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is very relaxing. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient — only about 7–10 minutes by taxi to the airport. Prices are fair, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Highly recommended!

An amazing property with all its colonial charm - the reception , bar and pool area are amazing. The room is comfortable , air conditioning quiet and efficient. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic. Location really convenient. Recommend for a day or two of relaxation

Well located boutique hotel with a relaxing pool area. The restaurant also offers very good Lao and western cuisine. The room was spacious and the staff very helpful on organizing our transportation and even money exchange.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous; every room and garden is a picturesque sight. The service is also exceptionally good, truly deserving of its five-star rating. While we were taking photos in the garden, the butler was picking coconuts and even brought us two to drink. However, aside from its beauty and service, it has absolutely nothing to offer: the room lighting is dim; the toilet drainage is poor, causing water to overflow; there's only an overhead shower, making showering inconvenient, especially for ladies who don't need to wash their hair. Staying in this old building requires a "you have to be prepared" mentality: if you want to enjoy its beauty, you have to tolerate its terrible facilities.

This is a hotel with a rich, old-money vibe, perfect for making a photo. In terms of service, the front desk and restaurant staff were quite attentive; however, the housekeeping department could use some improvement. They didn't proactively fold pajamas and other items, and didn't proactively replenish the supplies when they were running low. Finally, a few words about the breakfast: it was a bit barebones. While it looked like there were a variety of Laotian, Chinese, Japanese, and European options, the portions weren't large, and the prices were roughly comparable to those in Europe. Perhaps that's considered high-end in Laos.

The room was nice but not big. The breakfast was good, especially the porridge. The service was good. The receptionist helped me buy the train ticket.

Perhaps because it was the off-season, all the staff knew my name. The drink order at breakfast was passed on to the other staff, and the next day's breakfast was served without my request. I think the service is excellent in terms of how they treat their customers.

The hotel has a century-old history. The retro decoration is very good. The room is very private. There are special service staff at the front desk. Although the hardware is a bit backward, it fits the style of this hotel. I like it very much.
