Hotel management is a mess, Kerry💩 The hotel is not bad. After reading the reviews, some people do not agree with the management staff like me. They are a loser, self-righteous and wasted. .
Response from Property: Dear Anonymous reviewer,There is not much we can respond to a 1 star review without any context by an anonymous reviewer.I am guessing you were one of the smokers that got fined for smoking in the room.Smoking at a non-smoking hotel affects the hotel greatly. Even though we charge a $100 penalty to the smoker. The room has to be closed for deep cleaning, minimum 5 nights.This means we occur a lost opportunity of 5 x the room value because of your inconsideration. The non-smoking is advertised clearly on the keycard and communicated with every guest during check in.Best of luck to you.Kris Bosman

Upon arriving in Vientiane, we had not yet decided on a hotel, so we decided on this hotel on the day. The hotel staff were very friendly and we felt at ease. I think the furnishings in the room were the best of our trip. The restaurant the staff recommended in the morning was delicious, and they gave us advice on how to get to the airport. My husband had a stomach ache, so they even gave us medicine for free. We were very impressed with their hospitality during our stay. There are food stalls and convenience stores nearby, so you can fill your stomach cheaply. I would recommend this hotel.
