Quiet and near the airport. Perfect for the end of my trip. I slept well, swam in the pool and worked out in the gym. Great breakfast and nice staff. My flight was super late the next day but they let me hang out by the pool and in the lobby for the whole day. Maybe it's just a busy time so some cleaning was definitely overlooked. I changed my own bedsheets because they maybe forgot to change them. I also bought some cleaning supplies and just gave the bathroom a once over. It was no bother for me, I just feel more comfortable if I know it's definitely had some chemicals wiped over the place 😆 They need to buy some new towels though, cos the ones they've got are rough! Overall, I would stay here again. It's a short walk to the mini Mart and there are some local places to eat nearby.

Everything was ok but after clean up they not give towels when we go to receptionist they keep us waiting around 10 minutes.

Very helpful staffs. The room was tidy. Delicious breakfast. The pool aint that big but I love it. I had an experience that a Korean dude opposite to me smoked and the smell was in my room and even the toilet. The staff gave me air freshener but the smell sill there til morning. So I would rate overall 9.5/10.  

I stayed at this hotel twice, with a trip to Vang Vieng in between. The first time, I got a room on the 8th floor. The WiFi was terrible, I couldn’t connect at all and the room smelled of cigarettes. The second time, I stayed on the 6th floor. The WiFi was okay, and there was no cigarette smell. Overall, it’s a good hotel to stay at. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the hotel has a small gym and a swimming pool. However, the pool is not as nice as it looks in the pictures anymore. They also have a rooftop bar, which is a nice place to chill. The sunset view is beautiful, especially with the river view. The location is decent, close to the airport, and Mini Big C and 7-Eleven are nearby.

Pleasant stay, only if room didn’t smell like wet cigarettes. It would have been a better experience.

Clean room, close to the airport, 7/11, plus it also has a gym & pool. Good value and was perfect for 2 nights before moving on

The only downside is that it is a little far away from Vientiane city center (10/15 minutes by tuktuk). Besides that, the room is very comfortable, spacious and clean; the staff is very friendly and helpful; the breakfast is also nice. Very food experience.

The hotel has a great rooftop but all the staff should be replaced by professionals.

Clean room a great hotel staff.

The place would’ve been much nicer if we came into a room with clean sheets and blankets and each day they service the bedroom. They kept the same dirty blankets and sheets on the bed. It was really disgusting.

Clean and I think it's new. The room is big but it's a bit far from everywhere. Use Grab to travel around.

S park design hotel was an amazing hotel. The roof top restaurant was awesome! The room was clean has a kitchenette which was a bonus! The bathroom was very clean; literally almost spotless. I will definitely book this hotel again.
