Laotel Vientiane Reviews

Swimming pool n breakfast were worth staying! The only complain is with changing water pressure (it kept changing when using shower n sink) n noise proof between rooms (it was so clearly heard when another couple were doing it!:)).

The Laotel Vientiane is not far from the airport and places like the Night Market or Chao Anou Road are just few minutes away with the taxi/tuk tuk. The room was tidy, clean and very comfy. The staff are very helpful and really friendly. It's really worth it to stay in Laotel Vientiane if your are spending time in Vientiane.

Clean and convenient, with parking and security guards. The room might not be new, but it's not dirty.

The rooms are clean, breakfast is good, and the location is excellent. The service attitude is great, and you can also use the gym and swimming pool. The staff are attentive and enthusiastic.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location was very convenient, close to major attractions and transportation. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Good deal price quality for Vientiane. Good location easy to reach main highlights in the city. Room spacious, comfortable bed and nice decor. A bit noisy in the evening and a bit of noise from other rooms.

Conveniently located near the airport. The staff were incredibly attentive, and the bed and pillows were wonderfully soft and comfortable. The breakfast also featured delicious pho!

This is a lovely hotel. It offered excellent value for money, and I had a wonderfully restful stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. All the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making for a very pleasant experience. Getting to various city attractions was easy and convenient. My only minor quibble was that the salad greens at breakfast were a bit bitter. Overall, it was a great stay, and I highly recommend it!

The staff is nice and helpful. The hotel has a good swimming pool. However, they need to upgrade the Gym as it has bad smell and some equipment (pull-up device) is broken and can not be used.
