I love the location, it's close to many interested place of Vientiane city center which I can walk. Especially, street food just near by

The room was unclean and smelled of cigarette smoke. The shower was broken, the air conditioner was old, and the fire escape was substandard.

The location is very close to Night Market and is walking distance to Victoria Monument. Easy to get around and close anything.

Upon arrival no one speaks proper english. There was no communication at all just a key handed and good luck. The room was stinking very bad and was not even the room we booked. We check the shower and it leterally fell off the wall as i grabbed the head. We insisted in getting the room we booked, which without words they gave. The room was okay but again the bathroom had a funky smell. The shower was not nice as we couldnt aim the head properly and all around the bathroom was brown/rust stains. There was a room opposite of us where the kids were making insane amounts of noise. Screaming, stomping and running. I asked politely to control their kids and they didn’t. After asking the hotel staff to say something, nothing happend. I had to speak to the parents myself to tell them its unacceptable to keep people awake at 7 in the morning. Super bad experience.
