There was an issue with the door knob & when trying to explain to the staff older Filipino male he insisted that the door knob is fine until literally have to show demonstrate that even with locking it with a pull/shove the door opens. He finally agreed to change room & another customer had that room afterwards with the same issue they decided to just go to another place. You would think that the issue would be fixed by maintenance but no.

No hot water, hair drier was broken. Try to use spray to hide the smell, pillow very dirty. My room during the night rain, it became a river in the room. Do not help guest with luggage just asked to find it by myself. No inform about the wifi, breakfast time. In the nut shell, it was not worth for this price.

The hotel is very old and there is no light anywhere, dark rooms and very poor service.

Location is very good. Very old hotel. Need to repair or renovate. The room is not clean, shower is good. A lot of water came down all time my rooms windows from upper floors. I don’t know it is only my room or every room has this problem. Very weird and uncomfortable.

There were mosquitoes in the room. The walls were made of light walls, so you could hear the noise from the next room, even if it was just normal conversation. This made it not very private. The room did not have a refrigerator. The furniture was very old. Breakfast had only 2 slices of bread and scrambled eggs or an omelet. The advantage of the location was that the hotel was near the Mekong Riverside Market and many places to visit.

Booked because the information stated that there was a parking lot, but when we arrived, there was none. We had to find parking on the street in front of the accommodation. We could park 2 cars or park at the temple about 50 meters away. The temple closes its doors at night from 9:45 PM to 5:30 AM. The room we got was room 208, which was on the 2nd floor. The hotel does not have an elevator. The room was quite old, but it had been renovated. The air conditioner was new. The bathroom was renovated, but the equipment was damaged. The sink was a type that could hold 2 faucets: hot and cold water, but the faucet was a single faucet, so we could see the hole in the sink. The faucet could not be closed, so the water kept flowing. The shower head holder was broken, so the shower head kept falling downstairs. However, the water pressure was good. The ceiling was very moldy, probably because water was leaking from an upper floor. The wardrobe was damaged, the drawers were broken, and there was a lot of dust in the cabinet that had not been cleaned. The bed creaked every time we moved. Breakfast was 2 eggs, 2 slices of bread, 1 banana, and coffee.

The room is unclean, there are spider webs, the bathroom has mold, the handrails are rusty, there is no elevator.

The facilities are old, the decoration is poor, there is nothing in the house, the foreigner street is full of French people, not recommended for Chinese
