Before arriving at the room, the elevator door closed on me and scraped my arm. The room's air conditioner fan wasn't working. Swapped rooms. The door wouldn't lock from the outside when leaving the room. There were cockroaches on the floor. Mold in the bathroom. Worst of all, bugs biting me through the night in bed. The reception staff were nice, friendly, and helpful.

The hotel far from everything. Reception people can not speak English I always see they're gathering together and eating at the Reception area. Room toilets water leaking also the air-conditioning too old and make a loud noise.

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel staff was not friendly whatsoever, and the guy was not polite. The room is dirty, and the sheet is not clean.

At first it seemed that I had exaggerated my expectations for this hotel, but compared to other options in the capital, this one looks great in terms of price - quality. Polite and friendly staff.

Hotel is a bit old, but it's OK for the price you pay. Location is close to Patuxay, but a longer walk to the night market and center with bars etc. Around the hotel there's enough restaurants and bars if you don't want to walk tough.

This hotel is too good staff and also so caring and clean

Many things need repairing. Lights didn't work and the bed was noisy as was the AC.

The dog is the plus point for this accommodation. Everything is not good, especially cleanliness.

Passable

Room was ok, we had a problem with electricity going out a lot and they didn't seem to care to fix it, leaving us with no air and electricity for nearly 3 hours. The smell of the bathroom and the hotel was horrible. Not many places to eat or do nearby, everything was about half an hour to an hour walk. They had a lovely cat and dog

I'm glad I stayed here. Nice stuff, good location, quite clean.
