Family Boutique Hotel

The room was tiny and the bed was narrow. The duvet felt a bit damp, which I only noticed after staying for a while. There was no window inside, but it was kept very clean. The service was decent, and breakfast was excellent.

I booked a non-smoking room and there was a 'non-smoking' sign in it, but the room still smelled of cigarettes. The breakfast wasn't bad, but the insects bothered me. The room isn't new, but it's kept clean. The location is good, I think.

Great hotel. The breakfast offers a wide variety, and it's within walking distance to tourist attractions. All the staff provide excellent service.

The room was really dirty for almost 1000 baht. I've been to Laos many times and even cheaper hotels were better and had a hairdryer. This place isn't good; the room was noisy, there was no hairdryer, and it's not worth the price. Breakfast was okay though.

We had a good stay, clean rooms, friendly staff, and it's 5 minutes from the city center. The only downside... a second cappuccino costs extra (50,000 kip).

I chose this place thinking it would be good value for money, but it wasn't what I expected. The room was smaller than in the pictures, and there was a really strong, unpleasant odor. Many of the window sills had large gaps, so a lot of mosquitoes came in. The air conditioning was also noisy. The only good thing was that the staff were friendly, smiling and greeting me.
