I can not give any comment about the hotel because we were not there. We came to the hotel at 12 in the night and they said all of the room are reserved and they dont have room for us ??? We booked on Trip.com and paid ??? The receptionist said in the normal way without apology like it should be like this. He said we should move to another hotel they arranged for us (10 km far from this hotel). Whatttttt ? If the hotel has no room for us, they should inform us in advance and i can cancel and book another hotel. Another dissapointment was i contacted the hotel in advance to tell them about our late checkin. At that time they should have informed me about the vacancy. But nothing !!! Never again with this hotel. We contacted Trip.com and got the support. It was good from trip.com
