The staff at the hotel are very helpful and friendly. Rooms comfortable, clean and have a nice view.

The only redeeming features are the rooms (barely) the view and the free breakfast. Everything else about it has lots of room for improvement. €160 taxi to the airport, each way. Ridiculous Inconsistently made cocktails, sometimes the same cocktails will be great and sometimes awful. Food is overpriced. Walking anywhere is dangerous and on mountain roads with no footpath. Our room had broken shower. Room service would forget to leave new towels etc. I would never stay here again and would never recommend it. Oh and a massage costs €130!!!!!!!!!!!

Such a nice break! Hotel was amazing. All staff were so helpful. Room was lovely. Pool area was great. We stayed for 3 nights after visiting Rome so we were ready to relax around the pool. The town is literally a 10 minute walk from the hotel. It is fairly steep in some places so elderly/disabled people will struggle. The town is good - lots of different restaurants and shops. We went to the mariner and organised a day trip to Capri which was really good! You get to see the whole of the Amalfi Coast on the way. The beach is probably another 10 minute walk from the town. This walk is very steep (but what do you expect when you travel to the Amalfi coast!). The only slight downside was that the food and drinks were very expensive from the hotel. One night however we got a pizza, a bottle of wine and some beer from the town and took it back to the hotel and had a night in. If the food and drinks were more reasonably priced we might have eaten in the hotel. Breakfast was very good in the morning though!

Absolutely exemplary in every single way. The attention to detail and efficient services from ALL staff was delightful and we were made to feel most welcome. Highly recommended stay and paired with sister hotel day spa and services is divine tranquillity. Thank you Relais Paradiso. We have lovely memories to treasure.

Listed as a 5 star but really doesn’t hit the bar. Pleasant modern hotel but lacks the finesse to reach 5 stars. Lovely sun terrace. Reasonable transfer to local town. We had an issue with room air conditioning that was never fully resolved to our satisfaction, despite raising our concerns on more than one occasion. A 5 star hotel would have gone out of their way to resolve this… Breakfast certainly not 5 star. Photos show offering on display and uncleared tables after 10-15 minutes…

Lovely hotel. Stunning views over the Amalfi coast. Helpful friendly staff. Great location for visiting Pompeii, Paestum, Herculaneum and Naples. Short walk to local town - but no pavements!

Very friendly and helpful staff , nothing was too much trouble .
Super views from the balcony where breakfast was served .
Room was perfect , had a comfortable bed and great shower . Our large balcony / outdoor sitting area led directly to the main pool area .
Hotel provided a shuttle bus that could be booked to the local town , but it’s also walkable. The public bus also stopped right outside the hotel .
Dinner seemed expensive and lots of choice in the town so we didn’t eat in the hotel restaurant .
Would definitely stay again .

Really super hotel with Very friendly and helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble .
Very comfortable and clean room with large balcony that led to the main pool area.
Stunning views from the outside dining area where breakfast was served.
Hotel provided a shuttle bus into the town ( set times) that could be booked.
Highly recommend.

The hotel itself is not bad. Our first night we were very tired and did not feel like taking a taxi down to the town for dinner. We decided to get food at their restaurant. My wife ended up getting food poisoning. Next morning when I asked the front desk to please bring me down to the town because I need to go to a farmacia to grab medicine. He told me to walk it’s only 10 min walk. Yea right 30 min walk later I got to the town. If you don’t get a taxi back you are hiking up a mountain back to hotel. If you stay here do not eat at restaurant. Go downtown. ( waiter was friendly)
