As we drove across Slovakia, we stopped at random place to have some lunch. It appeared to be "Penzion Hanisberg" and it was a good choice! The list of the dishes in menu was not very impressive, but we asked the waitresses if they have anything local - after a short moment of hesitation she said that they had something that was not on the menu, because it was prepared for the staff. Of course we ordered it and after a minute there were plates in front of us, with a pile of dumplings and a delicious, hot goulash with local sausage. If you add a good Slovak beer to it, then the whole thing can be described as a perfect Slovak lunch! (unfortunately, the driver had to limit himself to non-alcoholic beer, which was still quite good).
