A comfortable, enjoyable stay in this outstanding hotel. Less than a 10 minute walk from the station and a few minutes walk from the duomo this hotel manages to do everything well, which is certainly not the norm these days. My room was spacious and came with a large terrace. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Communication beforehand (local osterie) was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. Chiara was particularly brilliant. The only slight hiccup was a fault with the cistern in my bathroom. A member of staff had a look but informed me that nothing could be done until morning. It was a little noisy during the night. In the morning nobody enquired about this which was rather disappointing. So, apart from this minor mishap, my stay was a pleasant and relaxing one!

This booking was made for me on a business trip. The hotel is well located in the middle of Pistoia. Wonderful staff made the check-in quick and easy. My room was very large and spacious with a huge bathroom. Big comfortable bed. All the facilities were excellent, although the lack of a full length mirror may bother some people. The inclusive breakfast was simple but adequate and of course comes with the usual excellent Italian coffee.

Brilliant hotel situated in the heartnof Pistoia. The hotel is tremendously clean and offer a generous complimentary continental breakfast. One thing to note for this time of year though is the number os mosquitoes in the rooms for which they provide a plugin to kill them. Would be very handy if hotel staff plug it in prior to your arrival to ensure a mosquito free room though rather than relying on the customers to do so.

The nicest , most friendly hotel in Pistoia! Staff are fabulous, wonderfully friendly and always there to please ! Rooms are very very well appointed and elegant! I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly! Most definitely the most comfortable and welcoming hotel in Pistoia! If you stay do try Cantinetta restaurant just opposite- also fabulous!

Courtesy, attention and professionalism. Clean room and comfortable bed. Good breakfast with a lot of choice, with foods also for celiacs. Strategic position, near the hotel there is also a paid parking lot (Lingottino parking). Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel in the center. The staff are very welcoming and available to give all the necessary information. New and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast with a good choice of buffet, with attention also to celiacs. Possibility of parking a few minutes on foot.

Super cute hotel. Much attention to detail. Clean and well decorated. Positive note soap and shower gel with very good fragrance. Very courteous staff. Central location, the LTZ is not a problem if you leave the license plate you can safely access. Simple but accurate breakfast.
