"I stayed here for one night on a business trip and it was a complete disappointment. When we were checking in the woman at the front desk was very rude and unwelcoming. There is no parking anywhere nearby so you have to park in a shopping center across the street and walk with your luggage. The staff were cold, unhelpful and seemed irritated by even the simplest requests. The WiFi was a nightmare to connect to and required providing email, phone number, zip code and other personal information just to get online. When I asked for a spoon to be brought to my room the staff refused. To make matters worse housekeeping came into my room twice in the morning before my checkout time. For the price they charge this is absolutely not a four star hotel. It is more like a budget motel pretending to be something it is not. Overpriced, poorly run and completely lacking in basic hospitality. Do not waste your money."

The apartment is super comfortable, the overall layout is warm and clean, and every detail is handled just right. The room has great lighting and the feeling of sunlight coming in is too healing. What surprised me most was the self-check-in method. Provide an automatic password to open the door and the door of the building. There is no need to wait at the front desk at all, which is super convenient. This self-service mode makes check-in and departure very free, just like in your own home. Really Amway everyone to experience, come here to live here in the future!"

The hotel’s location is ideal, situated between Plaza de Compostela and the ferry terminal for the Cíes Islands, making it convenient for exploring both the city and the beautiful surrounding areas. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, offering all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or recommendations for local attractions and dining. The only minor drawbacks were the absence of hair conditioner and a small kettle in the room to make a cup of tea but for the price of the room I will not complain."
