Room is very small kettle not working even after complaining at Reception no response, no cup to drink warm water or tea coffee very poor response breakfast is very low standard

Bathroom drain water coming in bathroom. No ventilation, no hygiene, poor cleaning, smell bad, noise in fan. Not suitable for stay

Terrible service, there is no one in reception during the check in/check out & zero service in terms of any asks from the room horrible service to park the car because of the construction work going on during the the stay in the hotel & any injuries would have been a serious concern

The bedsheets and pillows were torn, old, and dirty. They lost their original white color. The towels were so bad you can use them to s rub rusted surfaces. The foot mat was chewedby a perhaps. We had to ask for toiletries. If you like a little adventure do book this hotel.

The hotels location is good. It isn't as expected. With the price we expected, we’d be given additional bed for a third adult. There is no parking for a car. You have to squeeze it on the street. Linens and towels were dirty. Not at all worth the price.
