I have stayed before in this hotel and it was good. But my recent visit shocked me as quality has gone down so drastically. Towels are not clean. Rooms are full of cockroach.. bed sheets had stains … bathrooms are smelly and non usable.. road side lodges are better than this. Very bad and horrible experience… I will not recommend for family.

The staff was so polite and humble, and reaching the hotel i was surprised seeing the comforts. It is just like any premium branded hotels for an affordable prices

One of the worst stays in vijayawada. Highly not recommended. No parking at all, rooms are such a small size with horrible smell.

Though the staff are good at the hotel, but the bedsheets and pillow covers were last washed after covid, I believe! 🤦🏻

Location in prime. Cleanliness of room average, torn-ed bedspreads to be changed. Breakfast not worthy. If they improve these things then it will with for price.

The location is great, the food is very good, the promptness and politeness of the servicemen are great, but what has reduced the rating is the supply, maintenance and required replacement of old, dysfunctional equipment & dilapidated fabrics. We had checked in just after 12/12. 30 pm but waited till six thirty pm to get the laundered fabrics for the bed to reach the hotel by the contractor(as told) & due to insufficient stock of the same. The freshly cleaned fabrics(overdue for replacement) have old stains and other marks of a miserly/stingy management.

The room is not clean at all, the bedsheets pillows are dirty and the room is infested with bed bugs the maintenance could be better
