Hotel looks real nice outside, receptionist and all workers friendly. Hotel had a not so nice smell inside, moist feeling and air is not moving, air conditioning needs a good cleaning - in our room the dirt was already climbing out of it. To use the pool you have to have a swimming cap and if you dont have you have to buy it for 4€ and it was not worth it, pool is not working as on the pic and seems old, water warm and salty. All together i would say compared to other places, it was really strongly overprices for the quality it had.

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Totally unsuited to hospitality. Asked for an extra t bag (1 in a 2 bed room and was told to buy one!) Room was nothing special - think there must be better places to stay than here. Pool was out of action - didn’t use spa.

This was the final destination for us as we finished the Fishermans Trail walking. It was such a lovely place to stay. The rooms are very comfortable and the beds are really comfortable. The front desk staff very helpful, and there is a wonderful indoor salt water pool to soak in. Spa services are available but unfortunately we couldn't find a time that fit for us while we were there. The breakfast here is quite good and the location is very close to plenty of places to eat. We would highly recommend this place.

It's convenient location and the modest pool is ok (providing it's not being used for swimming lessons in the evening). Breakfast is a simple buffet. The feeling you get from your stay probably reflects the room you get. It's a functional hotel for a night's stay but is not the sort of place I'd take a holiday. Plenty of places to eat nearby but you need to book a table at peak times. One restaurant, at least, only accepts cash but there is an ATM. Both Lidl and Aldi have large stores.

The booking/ reception staff were rude, unhelpful and unfriendly via email and in person. When we changed from three guests to two one month out, they refused to reimburse any money, saying we had been allocated a big room. This didn’t seem fair given they only needed to supply linen, towels or breakfast for two people, we would have been happy in a smaller room, and I gave them plenty of notice. I would have cancelled when I received their unfriendly response but they do not refund once you have paid (and they ask for payment a long time in advance). The hotel is aligned with the Rota Vicentina walk which is why we booked but it doesn’t have the warm character or welcoming feel of other places we stayed along the way. It’s expensive too. My advice: Look around for something cheaper that has more character and a flexible cancellation policy. If you do book, read the fine print.

This is a good place to stay for a night or two, well located, in room Wi-Fi, clean and reasonably spacious rooms. Ours had a terrace which was nice and we enjoyed the use of the indoor pool. No tea making facilities in room. My main feeling is that the place lacks ‘heart’ and feels a bit claustrophobic . Feels a bit jaded and like a hotel for people on business trips. The breakfast was ok , but not the best . Oh and watered down, concentrated orange juice just isn’t on in a country replete with fresh oranges. Everywhere else we stayed served wonderful freshly squeezed juice. The dining area was so small that people were seated blocking access to the accessible toilet.

Omdat de airco niet werkt is het warm en benauwd in de slaapkamer, de goedkope laminaatvloer golft en laat los, de douche geeft afwisselend te heet en steenkoud water, de kitvoegen in de badkamer zijn vies, de bedden zijn oncomfortabel en lijken stretchers met een veel te dun matrasje en de noodverlichting brandt de hele nacht fel. In het zwembad zijn badmutsen verplicht, die je bij de receptie “mag” kopen en de gym is een opslagruimte. Het zuinige ontbijt is pas om 8:30 open.
