"Excellent location, excellent spa. Receptionists were inactive: upon arrival, several people were checking in, and there were 4 employees supposedly there to assist, however, only one employee was doing the check-ins, another was watching, and two others were chatting! Very unprofessional in a reception area full of people waiting to be served. The room was well located, however, there were two cups for coffee, and both were completely dirty; someone used them and they weren't washed! In the bathroom, ants were crawling on the floor. The mattress was very uncomfortable and completely sank! It's a shame there are so many negative points when the place and the building itself have enormous potential, but with so many negative points, the 4 stars it has are not justified!"

"We were jumping from the Coastal Route to the Central Route, and this hotel was conveniently located for us. The hotel gives off historic home vibes, though it has been updated. Our room was spacious, and comfortable. No A/C, but we didn’t need any. The hotel offered dinner, with advance reservation. And the dinner was good, and so was the included breakfast buffet. The pool and landscaping were nice, the wifi was strong, and the price was reasonable. Glad we spent the night here!"

"The hostel is very well located and offers good infrastructure. It has an elevator to the upper floors, which provides good comfort and reduces the need to transport luggage. The rooms are spacious, well lit and ventilated. The bathrooms are in good condition, although one shower was closed, it did not cause any problems or wait. Great breakfast."
