Positive points: The park is well located, very close to the beach (600m) and ideal for those who have a good tent and all the necessary amenities (refrigerator, bathroom, lights, food, etc.). Intermediate points: The staff were quite rude, inexperienced in communication, and offered no help or solutions to mundane problems. When we asked if it was possible to keep accumulators, we had to speak to at least 4 employees, all of whom told us to speak to others, but in the end, the final answer was that the bosses wanted to sell ice... Furthermore, some of the employees don't even speak Portuguese. Negative points: The highlight is the BATHING AREAS; I found them a real assault on basic needs. Actually, I've seen nightclub bathrooms in much better condition and cleaner at the end of a night... The smell of urine in the air is constant and everywhere, open and full trash cans, toilet paper on the floor with excrement, urine scattered throughout the cubicle and even in the common areas... toilets soiled with excrement, the smell of urine even in the showers (to alleviate the smell and be able to shower, you had to put your flip-flops on top of the drain), showers with no space to move (if you are claustrophobic, try showering somewhere else). In my attempts to shower, regardless of the time, it was audible to hear men moaning in the showers, in addition to condoms on the floor around the changing rooms. The entire bathroom area is constantly damp and wet due to the way cleaning is done. I saw how the bathrooms are cleaned; they start cleaning at 8:00 AM and the effort is minimal. They use a hose and a broom with some detergent mixed in, literally pointing the hose into the cubicles and that's it. I don't think you'd need a bodysuit and oxygen mask to clean these bathrooms. Furthermore, most of the toilets are makeshift, with open flushes, meaning nobody uses them, and there are queues to use a normal toilet. However, it's important to note that if you want to sit down, you have to bring extra toilet paper to clean up the accumulated water from the "cleaning," as the entire toilet is soaked. Also, if you plan to camp in this park, always carry hand sanitizer and disinfectant!

Positivo: Parque campismo calmo e com bom acesso a praia (de carro), cerca de 800m. Animação noturna que tanto dá para jovens como quem vai em família. Piscina é boa. Limpeza adequada tendo em conta que é Agosto. Negativo: Os preços para campismo são elevados. O atendimento da receção foi rápido e simpático, ao contrário das zonas de café e restaurante que têm um serviço muito muito lento e sem conseguirem sequer dar respostas a perguntas banais e básicas, ou seja, pouco interesse e formação por parte do trabalhador. Talho inexistente, take away super caro. MUITO NEGATIVO: Os preços praticados no supermercado são elevadíssimos. Compreensível em bens não essenciais, mas quando se trata de água, por exemplo, acho um absurdo "vender um r*m" em troca de um garrafão de água. Todos os artigos com valores exorbitantes! WC muito antigos com fossa visível.

O parque está bem localizado e tem óptimas condições. A piscina é muito boa , limpa e com bom serviço de bar. Staff super prestável e simpático. As casas de banho são a única coisa que precisam de renovação URGENTE.Estão iguais há mais de 20 anos . Ponto positivo: haver sempre água quente.

136€ por uma noite e nem 1 minuto a mais se pode ficar no parque depois do check out. Nem nos deixaram comer alguma coisa no café do parque. Uma tremenda falta de consideração para com o cliente. A responsável da receção nem a cara deu escondendo-se no escritório e empurrando o funcionário para nos dar a informação. Para nunca mais voltar

Kommt als Wanderer bitte nicht auf die Idee dort eine Übernachtung zu buchen. Ihr lauft vom Strand, 1,5 km hoch zum Campingplatz(die ihr am nächsten Tag auch wieder zurück müsst) Ihr dürft vom Strandeingang nicht durch den Campingplatz laufen,obwohl ihr schon voll bezahlt habt. Ihr müsst über die Sandpiste 1,3 km aussenherum laufen. Nach Anmeldung müsst ihr wieder die 1,3 km zurück weil, z.B. die Häuschen am Strandeingang liegen. Beim einchecken müssen 100 € Kaution hinterlegt werden. Am nächsten Tag das gleiche Spiel. Strandeingang - Rezeption und wieder zurück= 2,6 km da könnt ihr gleich nach Milfontes laufen! Ausserdem ist das Personal unflexibel und unfreundlich. Leute...das geht gar nicht!!!!!

Sou frequentador deste parque á cerca de dez anos. Sempre bom. Este ano tenho a apontar o take away....terrível mais valia não existir . Comida má e atendimento péssimo. O restaurante sofrível. O talho encerrado. A entrada e saída controlada por cartões completamente desatualizada e a funcionar bastante mal Com o que pagamos Jay deviam ter atualizado o sistema. Com parte boa ...a limpeza exemplar e os funcionários espetacular.
