Located in Vilano Beach, a five minute drive to historic downtown St Augustine, and steps to the beach, only three houses from the beach boardwalk. Walking distance to Publix shopping center and numerous restaurants. Great fishing! Fenced yard, nice covered patio with comfortable seating and table for dining al fresco. Fully stocked kitchen , basket style drip coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator. Flat screen TV in living room with wifi connection/ streaming service. Beach chairs/wagon/umbrella provided. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, living room, bathroom (brand new and beautiful), King size bed in bedroom. This is the perfect affordable, updated space. This is in an awesome foot friendly neighborhood, you can walk to numerous beach access points and restaurants and the Publix shopping center , watch the sun rise, or sunset from the beach! Please let us know if you will be traveling with a dog, so that we can quote you a pet fee to be added on. It will be based on the weight/breed of dog, and length of stay. Please note we are only able to accommodate dogs up to 40 lbs and no breeds on the restricted breed list per insurance regulation.
