Room was clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was the lady that checked us in was rude. We only seen her at checkin so that was a plus!

The property looks good (though they could stand to clean up the cigarette butts around the entrance). The front desk staff is friendly but other than that the service is a little iffy. I’m not sure if our room was vacuumed once during our six night stay. There was no breakfast one day. Our beds weren’t made or towels exchanged twice.

We were incredibly disappointed to arrive after over 6 hours of travel to find that the TV in the room did not work. It was flickering and black and wouldn't show the picture. When trying to call the front desk, we realized that the phones weren't working either. Not sure if the staff wasn't answering the phone when we tried to call several times, or if the phone was simply broken as it seemed to be having issues.
Not happy at all to pay what we paid and even the most simple of things would not function, and the staff wasn't available to help. We were tired, it was late, and it was severely disappointing to have that inconvenience and false advertisement.
We travel to Georgia frequently to visit family, and have stayed here once before. Unless we receive a refund, we will NOT be returning.

Breakfast was okay; gentleman on duty kept everything clean and organized.
Exercise room was available - average.
When guests stay 3 or more days, a discount should be applied. All necessary tasks were completed by us, the guests.

The hotel is nice and in a great location. The hotel seemed to be clean overall, and the staff was friendly. However, our room was a different story. My wife opened the microwave to heat her coffee and found a bowl of oats from a previous guest that had been overcooked in the microwave. When I went to shower the following morning, I found three washcloths hanging over the shower curtain rod from the previous guest and a small batch of what I sincerely hope was beard hair hanging on the shower curtain. I took care of the issues and kept them to myself until we checked out the next day. The lady at the front is supposed to add points to my IHG rewards card. She was very friendly and very apologetic about it.

They didn't clean our room they just made the beds left open can drinks empty bottles on night stands and beds were very uncomfortable.

Hotel was fine. Very basic. Service was adequate. Location right off interstate. AC worked well. We stayed 4 nights and requested fresh linens. Received towels but sheets not changed. Lighting in room was minimal. Would have liked a brighter lighted bathroom or dressing table.

Overall it was a very nice stay. Staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was pretty good with the normal offerings with just a little extra oomph (fresh pastries). The room was well appointed. My only flaw here was in the maintenance and aesthetics. The bathroom shower could use some recorking and there were some unsightly patches, but it was clean. Why they only put out one set of towels for a couple staying two nights is odd. There was an extra $25 actually charged on arrival for incidentals. Usually, the card is just held and not charged, but not in this case. The terrace area is cute, although it is on the ground floor so I would say it is more of a patio. Didn't use the gym but my husband did and he was able to get in his usual run in comfort. All in all a great stay.
