This hotel is close to Belloc, but the cleanliness and service are poor, but I am satisfied with the swimming pool and jacuzzi! Our room was convenient as it had a microwave and sink.

We had spent at least 2 hours changing our reservation from Friday to Thursday. Only to find out ******* never provided the hotel with the confirmation. After traveling 12 hrs to have to deal with 45 mins at the front desk ( representative was lovely at the hotel) is not ideal and completely unacceptable. Thank goodness the hotel was able to accommodate however the service and follow thru from ******* is completely unacceptable. Not to mention, the hotel was under renovation - that is something that should be visible to customers. We would of never paid these prices knowing that we would have this e

Facility under construction. Not well maintained. Got stuck in elevator between floors, no back up generator. Room service trays of leftover food Not picked up in 2 days. Priced like a 4 star resort, but far from that. More like a 3star Hyatt. If construction going on ******* needs to warn of this on website.

Ate 3 nights at the bar at the restaurant since I was traveling solo. Great service, the food was very good. Overall staff was nice and attentive. Great amenities. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet.

Many of the pictures of the facility were created with AI. The a/c unit was so loud on the 3rd floor that you needed ear plugs and white noise to sleep. For $500 a night definitely not worth the price. Hotel needs an upgrade. Hard pass for future bookings with this hotel.

This is the most rundown Hilton property I've stayed at since the Moab Hampton Inn years ago. It's dingy, outdated, the halls offer kind of a "REDRUM" vibe...some fresh paint and new carpeting would go far to improve the aesthetic experience. The neighbor above me would smoke on their balcony, blowing smoke into my room and ashing on my balcony while I was trying to enjoy the morning or evening air. The staff mostly had a flat affect...I couldn't tell if they were preoccupied, nervous or disinterested. I probably would have given it a lower rating if the conference that I was attending hadn't been absolutely fabulous.

Not Worth The Price This 4 star hotel lacks maintenance. First there was no one to help us with our luggae when we got in. We went in August. The AC turns off when it feels like it. AC not strong enough to get to the rooms so we left the bedroom door open, but then it would turn off in the middle of the night. Theres a $$ fee for everything, parking, food, water. The pool was dirty. Only 3 pillows were provided, no extra pillows or sheets. The property is 15 minutes from all the action.
