Bad smell There was a very strong sewer smell in the room. There was no response to it.

Not a 5 star hotel The hotel is beautiful but the room was feeling empty: no glasses, no coffee machine, no face towel, no real soap. The bed sheet and pillow not really comfortable and old fashion. There was no attention to details. The bar was closed on Sunday and the food for the diner was a complete deception. The breakfast was good though with excellent service.

our room was very spacious and clean. the downside is that there appears to be so much mold in hallway ceilings- water leak issues. this hotel appears to have been very luxurious at some point in time. nevertheless, it remains beautiful but it needs serious maintenance. staff was woderful!
