A lovely, relaxing break, the fact that we have been several times before is testament to how much we love Molino. Lovely setting, excellent food, great rooms and most importantly fantastic, helpful and friendly staff. Without doubt we will return.

This is a beautiful little hotel set in the hills of Andalucia. The old mill, set beside a river, has been extended over the years. We love that it is designed like a little Spanish village with pathways and steps leading to bedrooms and down to the pool. The rooms are in simple Andalusian style, spotlessly clean and many have gorgeous views of the surrounding hills. The food in the restaurant is excellent with a wide choice from the set menu or a la carte. But it is the staff who really are the best feature of this hotel. Nothing is too much trouble and you are always met with a warm welcome from everyone. Despite having travelled extensively around the world, we return here every year - to us there is nowhere like it!

Fantastic hospitality, great food and a location to die for in the mountains. A walkers' paradise. We had a lovely room with balcony. Bed super comfortable. Garden gorgeous filled with spring flowers. Staff can't do enough for you. So quiet apart from the sounds of birdsong and the torrent that flows by the terrace where you can eat your meals when the weather is good. Pool area is lovely. Fabulous for kids.

A friend and I were on a very wet walking holiday. This hotel was a godsend. Carmen, Martin and the rest of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Comfortable rooms, great food. By far the best hotel of our week. Convenient railway station. Highly recommended

We had a lovely stay at Molino del Santo. and were very well looked after in all respects. The restaurant in particular was excellent both for breakfast and dinner. The new hosts were very friendly and helpful in terms of providing lifts to the start of the walks we had planned which we greatly appreciated.

A return visit to Molino del Santo for our Wedding Anniversary. As usual all the staff are very friendly and helpful to make sure your stay is the very best. All the meals are all you could ask for. Very tasty and well presented. Our room was very comfortable with a lovely balcony. Our whole stay was excellent. Thank you Ricardo.

You could easily walked past this hidden gem of a hotel, as it’s unassuming from the road. Once inside, the gardens and pool area open up and it is beside a river which was very full and powerful. We were welcomed with a lovely glass of cold crisp white wine, which was a nice touch. The rooms are rustic with views over the beautiful gardens. It’s in a beautiful part of Andalucia, with many great walks on your doorstep. The standout of this hotel is the delicious food and amazing staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

We have been coming here for nearly 20 years, mostly for meals but several times staying in the hotel. We have always found the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The service and meals are exceptional. We have a house nearby and always long to come and be indulged. Long may it remain to provide this outstanding cuisine and hotel.
