"This was the best holiday ever. The friendliest hotel ever, so accommodating and we ended up staying a further 3 nights. Stefan was most welcoming and filled us with information about the hotel. The food was outstanding giving you the menu for the next day to chose from. Breakfast had so much choice and everything was so fresh. We were allocated a dining table for the duration of our stay which was ideal. The spa was outstanding with 3 types of saunas and a steam room, outside was a pool and jacuzzis. We had 3 different rooms due to us extending our visit every room was well facilitated and beds were so comfortable also with great views. We were also given bus passes to visit the local area and bring us to the hill trekking area which brought the stress away from driving everywhere. The staff was so friendly and very professional. We can’t fault anything about this holiday it was fantastic. Thank you to Stefan Brunner, family and staff for a wonderful time."

"Terrible experience. We went with our dog for €25 a day, for no service; they don't even have a lawn for them to play. The carpet in the hallway and on the stairs is dirty, full of hair and stained with urine stains. Breakfast was very poor: the croissants were defrosted and the donut was stale and dry... there was some cereal, but nothing else. A 4-star hotel with nothing. The furnishings are outdated; they should renovate the building. In the morning, we found a piece of glass and black hair from other dogs on our table; they only changed our table after we pointed this out. Mountain water costs €4.50; they fill bottles with their names written on them... They don't have a double mattress, but they put two single ones with springs. Ours weren't even the same height; we pointed this out and they put a topper on them. I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel to anyone."

"Great mountain views, which you can enjoy from the room, balcony or even sauna; the room was exceptionally clean and modern; food very good quality; the receptionist was super friendly and helped with early checkin and late checkout; we liked everything and will sure come back"

"Words cannot describe how much we loved our 4 night stay in this superbly renovated 700 year old castle. Elisabeth and her wonderful team went out of their way to make our stay special. Each morning Elisabeth would help us with our plan for the day and because of this we saw the most spectacular parts of this beautiful region. Breakfast was exceptional as was dinner in the restaurant. Pre dinner drinks outside in the beautiful courtyard with the mountains as backdrop was also very special. A nearby pool and sauna in a picturesque setting were also available, a wonderful treat after a warm day of exploring! Thank you Elisabeth, Peter and I will definitely be back."

"The hotel is located in a family-run structure in a typical high-seat style. Pool and relaxation area with panoramic views, quiet and clean. separate sauna area. Heated jacuzzi outdoors. Summer outdoor swimming pool. The restaurant will be able to enjoy dinner and breakfast with local, fresh products."
