Perfect
HHKHJA lovely villa in Sanya, conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the Atlantis water park. The spacious layout included 4 rooms, a large living room with a dining area, an open kitchen, and an impressive entertainment room complete with a cozy sofa, TV, mahjong table, and pool table. The private pool was a fantastic addition for our 3 families - 3 couples shared 3 rooms, while the kids enjoyed their own.
The price was quite reasonable for such a villa in this prime location. However, we did encounter some maintenance issues, such as a broken drawer and some dirt marks in the shower room. The air conditioning in the living room struggled to keep up with the summer heat, which made it take a while to cool down. There was strong food smell in the living room as well, prompting us to spend more time in the cooler and more comfortable entertainment room. After all it isn’t a hotel, more like an Airbnb house in a residential estate.
This villa provided a great opportunity for a family holiday near the water park. We appreciated the butler service via WeChat, which catered to our needs throughout our stay.

Point 1 The environment of the community gives people a sense of paradise, quiet, tree-lined, and winding paths. This feeling 🉐 Experience it yourself😁😁
Point 2 The service of the housekeeper really makes people feel at home. We arrived at night and the housekeeper greeted us at the door in advance. The vehicle can be parked directly under the building, which saves us from dragging heavy luggage for a long way, because it is so convenient. [Cover face]😜😜
Point 3 The decoration style of the room is trendy: please see the picture hahaha
Point 4 The WeChat service at the front desk, if there is a problem, send a WeChat message, the reply is very fast and timely, very good👍🏻
This accommodation experience is very pleasant. Travelers traveling to Sanya, family travel, friends meeting here is a good choice

MMaoyuer1215The theme of the little yellow duck is cute and warm. The children fell in love with it as soon as they entered the house. The house is clean and bright. Each room has an independent air conditioner switch, which is also very friendly to the elderly. The indoor electrical facilities are complete, and daily necessities and water are replenished every day. Free parking in the yard. I especially want to mention the kitchen. At first glance, it is not just a decoration. Tableware, woks, steamers, etc., pots and pans are all available, even detergent and dishcloths are prepared in place. It is really attentive! The housekeeper service is thoughtful and meticulous, like an exclusive one. Sometimes we play far away, and the time of going out and coming back is not fixed. The housekeeper delivers meals, cleans and other services, always giving priority to our time. Send messages in advance to understand. It is really considerate and thoughtful service. There is nothing to say. Here, we feel the warmth of home, and we feel very safe and comfortable even if we stay for a long time. Next time I come to Sanya, I will definitely choose here!

GGuest UserIt was a great experience overall. The customer service we received was incredible. I was excited before arrival due to the level of service we received. We arrived very early in the morning and were given extra water and noodles because it was too early/late to get food anywhere. There is a small kitchen with basic utensils in the villa.
The location is great for a quiet holiday. There is a decent beach within walking distance of the villa. The area/community the villas are in is beautiful! It's a very tranquil area. There aren't any Western restaurants nearby that I could find, but there are some tasty local places. Definitely recommend bringing groceries and cooking yourself if you aren't a fan of local cuisine.
The only things that weren't the best was the hard bed (they did provide an extra comforter to use as a mattress pad, which helped) and the lack of shade/covering over the pool. It would've been perfect if there was a gazebo covering part of the pool to provide shade while relaxing throughout the day.
I will definitely be back!

Even if you bring the elderly and children, you can't sit in the car for too long, so I'm very satisfied. I came here in the off-season. The occupancy rate in the community is not high and it's quite quiet. It's also close to the beach. You can buy groceries and cook. The room is very big. The family has agreed. We stayed in a room without a swimming pool at first. Later we moved to a pool room. The butler has a good service attitude and takes care of anything needed in a timely manner. recommend!

LLimWe had a great stay overall!
While the location was a bit far out (understandable given how big China is), it offered easy access to several popular attractions. The area felt very safe and secure—there was a security guard who verified us at all times, which added peace of mind, although it did mean a bit of a wait before we could enter the villa.
The service was excellent. 符业啟was incredibly helpful and responsive. We had a few requests during our stay—fixing a light, adjusting the bed, cleaning the floor, and getting more water—and all were settled almost immediately.
The amenities were decent. The swimming pool was usable, and the rooms were large and spacious, though slightly worn in some areas.
Cleanliness was okay overall. The place was bug-free with no strange smells, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The only minor downside was that the floor was a bit sandy at first, but the cleaners came promptly to tidy it up.

GGuest UserIgnoring some of the negative reviews online, I decided to book a stay in the villa area to experience it myself. The 24-hour shuttle service was incredibly convenient and even fun, like a little roller coaster for kids! The setting is very natural, so there were quite a few bugs, but thankfully they didn't bite. For takeout orders, you had to pick them up outside the premises; it would be even better if they offered direct delivery to the villa. We experienced the pool on a rainy day, and it created such a wonderful ambiance! For just over 1000 [RMB], you really can't find a pool villa like this anywhere else. I'll definitely be returning!

It takes about 10 minutes to get to Houhai by Didi, and it is very close to Yalong Bay Station, Duty Free, Atlantis, and Wuzhizhou. It is suitable for renting a car for a few days.
The swimming pool and the room are very clean, and the housekeeper Xiao Liu is very enthusiastic. If you have any questions, just ask him! ! !
Finally, family members remember to turn on the hot water switch before taking a bath, and remember to close the door tightly because there are many mosquitoes❤️
