Environment: A high-end residential complex with 24-hour security guards, which made me feel very safe. The complex was very quiet at night, so there was no fear of being disturbed while sleeping. This was one of those hotels you truly don't want to leave! We were absolutely thrilled with our stay and definitely recommend this hotel! ❤️ We stayed in an incredibly beautiful, spacious villa with its own private pool. The villa is huge and very comfortable, and the pool itself is simply impressive in size! There's an incredible amount of greenery around, and the grounds are well-maintained and very beautiful – it truly feels like a tropical paradise. Special thanks to the reception staff – everyone was very friendly, attentive, and hospitable. They checked us in earlier than the standard time, even though we didn't even ask. We were driven to our villa by an electric buggy, as the hotel grounds are truly enormous, and they also helped us with our luggage. We really liked the transportation system around the property: electric buggies are available almost everywhere, you can call them directly from your room, and they usually arrive in just 2-5 minutes. This is especially convenient given the size of the grounds. The hotel is some distance from the sea, but this wasn't an issue at all. Electric buggies take guests to a road approximately every half hour, from where it's about a 7-minute walk to the sea. Everything is very convenient and well-thought-out. Breakfasts were also delightful – tasty, varied, and perfect for a good start to the day. Overall, the impressions are simply incredible! A wonderful villa, a huge pool, stunning green grounds, caring staff, and very convenient service. The hotel left us with overwhelmingly positive emotions. We would gladly return here again! 🌴❤️

The room was very clean, located in a 4-story building within a residential complex. It was a standard two-bedroom, one-living room layout and very comfortable. There's also a swimming pool in the center of the complex where the water is changed daily, and it's quite popular. Parking was also very convenient, with plenty of spaces available.

I originally booked a garden-view room, but the front desk upgraded me to an 85-square-meter supreme sea-view room for less than 300 a night – incredible value for money! While the facilities aren't brand new, the room was spotless, the bedding comfortable, and the bathroom very well-kept. The highlight is definitely the sea view! Being on a high floor, there's nothing obstructing the panoramic view of the ocean and palm trees right when you wake up. The pool and lawn downstairs are also gorgeous. The value is unbeatable; I'll definitely choose this place again next time! 👍

Our stay at the Pullman Sanya Yalong Bay Villas & Resort far exceeded our expectations. Our villa was spacious and comfortable with excellent natural light, a private pool, and an independent courtyard, offering superb privacy. The room details were also well thought out, with a good separation of wet and dry areas and complete amenities. The front desk service was very attentive! Upon checkout, I experienced a hand care treatment. The therapist was professional and gentle, making the whole process very relaxing. Afterwards, my hands were noticeably softer and more delicate. Being able to pamper my hands during a vacation was a huge bonus. The hotel's dining was equally excellent, with both breakfast and dinner offering delicious flavors befitting a five-star property. The Chinese restaurant served authentic and exquisite dishes. The hotel also provides shuttle services that cover the entire property. In terms of service, from luggage delivery to the room to proactively assisting with luggage upon departure, every detail made us feel warm and welcomed. Highly recommended for couples and families seeking privacy and comfort!

This is my second stay here. I stayed here on my last visit as well, and chose it again this time. Parking is very convenient and cheap, only 6 yuan for a whole day. This time, I was upgraded to a three-bedroom unit. Coincidentally, it was in the same courtyard as my previous stay. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the pool water is also very clean. Ordering takeout to the room is super convenient. My family really loved the room. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Sanya.

The community has sliding stairs and swings for children to play, three bedrooms, a swimming pool at the door, pots and pans for cooking, and a small balcony to dry clothes. It is better for us to rent a car. You can go anywhere by car, with a cap of 20 yuan per night. There is a Linwang Night Market in six or seven minutes' drive. It's not easy to park on that street. You can go to the residential area behind the night market to eat. The seafood porridge at the food stall is really good. Three prawns for one. A bowl of crab only costs 15 yuan, so we just pack one for breakfast! It's not far to drive to the beach, and there's nothing to eat at the door. You can order takeout and have it delivered to the security desk at the door! I will also recommend it to friends in the future!

I will choose this place next time. Remind everyone to avoid the white seven-seater car waiting for passengers at the door. It asked us for money and ID photos without a ticket because the co-pilot did not wear a seat belt.
