If you love Harry Potter, you MUST stay here! This villa is a dream come true, every bedroom is authentically themed after a Hogwarts house, the kitchen is designed like the Hogwarts Express, and the barbecue area is called “Quidditch.” The pool is large and inviting, the staff are super responsive and friendly, and the villa is beautifully decorated with movie accurate details. You truly feel transported into Hogwarts! For those less enchanted by Harry Potter, it’s still a once-in-a-lifetime experience, the design, amenities, and location (right at the entrance of a secure, monitored compound, walking distance to Walking Street, 7-Eleven, and fantastic restaurants) are unmatched. Whether you’re a superfan or just looking for a unique, luxurious villa, this place is a must-visit in Pattaya. Thanks you again 😀

GGuest Userbooked this villa quite impulsively during a long holiday when it was very hard to find available places. After booking, I read the reviews and felt a bit uneasy, as some mentioned cleanliness and privacy concerns. Since the booking was non-refundable, we decided to stay.
The experience turned out better than expected. The villa was spacious and reasonably priced. It wasn’t perfect, but it was comfortable and felt more relaxed than what the reviews suggested.
The owner was friendly and respectful. He gave us full privacy and never entered the villa during our stay. Whenever we needed help, he was responsive and willing to assist.
In the end, it was a pleasant stay and better than I initially expected.

Positive: We rented the place because I needed some space to clear up my diving gear, and this one was perfect for that. It has a billiard table to play with family or friends. Food mart in walking distance. The compound is secure with guards and portals around. 10min drive to Balihai Pier so suggest for divers. Housekeeping is amazing very clean and helpful. No amenities except towels and hairdryers, but that was in the description so wasnt a problem at all. Towels are clean and replaced every other day so that was a thumbs up too. Negative points: the property asks you for approx 15% deposit but it never tells you that you must pay in ”cash” until the last minute. I had to rush the day before checkin to exchange enough cash. Get prepared with sufficient cash if you are booking this place, because nobody will tell you cash-only until D-1. On the last day the manager asked me that she would deduct 3000thb for electricity fee and I said it's ridiculous. She eventually didnt charge that fee but it was somewhat wierd to even say so.

The hotel looked just like the pictures, and was even better in person! The facilities were all brand new, and the location was very convenient, making ordering food delivery incredibly easy. We had a perfect vacation with friends.

The location was a bit difficult to find, and we got quite lost on our way there by taxi. Even when we ordered food, the driver called us several times, so it seems he was having a hard time finding the place. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and had a lovely time.
