The structure is not the classic holiday residence, but are shared apartments within a residence for the elderly. The apartment was very spacious, as was the bathroom, minimally furnished, with support accessories for the disabled (or elderly). Friendly staff, continental breakfast (croissants, juices, yogurt, bread, jam, croissants, milk, coffee, tea, chocolate, etc...) buffet style. Convenient for proximity, 10 min. car, in Avignon.

Quite difficult to find: the GPS took us in circles, because we have to go behind the retirement home. Otherwise, a smiling welcome, good explanations. The apartment is superb, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is simple but with fresh products. Very good, don't hesitate for a stopover.

I am writing this message to denounce the process put in place by the managers of these ZENAO establishments, who are informed that there is an incompatibility between the two worlds of old age and the usual hotel industry... all this to do money!!!! I will tell you my case, one night in this establishment, at 1:30 a.m. woken up by very loud music. My neighbor next door, an elderly and deaf gentleman, watches TV. I knock on the door for several minutes, then I come in and I ask him to turn down the sound, a little surprised to see me, he complies. I take the liberty of informing the manager when I check out, and by discussing with the reception, the housekeepers and the manager, everyone is aware that my neighbor poses nuisance problems, because he is deaf ... ok, so if you are informed, why rent this room? because the headquarters imposes it on us despite our warnings. Ladies and gentlemen, managers of ZANEO, I am extremely unhappy with your way of seeing the business and am truly sorry for your employees and your residents who must suffer the consequences, because they cannot hide behind a desk...
