We enjoyed our experience from start to finish. The service was great, friendly but not intrusive. The food and drinks were high quality and they were very accommodating of our young children, who enjoyed their dinner immensely. We would return but maybe as a couple 😊

Lovely hotel
Beautiful art deco hotel in a lovely little town, right next to the beach. Staff are all friendly and welcoming and we were just sorry we couldn’t stay longer. We’ll be back!

The staff is absolutely not trained to host anyone , leave alone people in a so called 4 start hotel (it’s a joke , it’s like an inn !! ) The view is towards an industrial port and parking ! doesn’t show in pictures. The room is as tiny as an Ibis Budget. The reception is definitely worse than an Ibis Budget The staff has no information about hospitality. I got yelled at by their director who taught me how I should have chosen a hotel! The outside of the building looks like something of 70s with an abandoned builiding nearby and nothing else at all in the area. If this costed 100 euros I would say it’s ok (just for the sea view) but train your staff. When it is 240, it’s a joke, rip off

Well positioned next to the beach. Attractive ‘cabin style’ balcony rooms overlooking the sea, within nautical style hotel. Restaurant very acceptable with outdoor dining, weather permitting. Quiet, as no passing traffic. Staff appear new and need more experience. Our room was not made up the second night despite the cleaning staff having acknowledged that it was to be done. Overall this is not yet deserving of four stars. Needs better trained staff.

Sat outside this hotel as I write this, and could not be in a happier place. The staff are wonderful, the hotel is small but stunning and the food is to die for. It's one of those places you want to give extra stars. The one downside is trying to find it, but that's not the hotels fault it's the tiny French roads in the village. I cannot recommend this place enough and we will be staying again on our next trip through France.

Located in Villerville not far from Deauville and Trouville this is a genuinely beautiful hotel right on the sea. Rooms have nice balconies where you can sit and enjoy the fresh sea air. The restaurant run by Christophe, who is very welcoming,offers a great selection of meals. The rooms are well equipped, original design, modern bathrooms and the bed very comfortable. Emmanuelle the manager is very professional and extremely friendly willing to share advice and help with any requirements you have, with a lot of attention to details. A little nugget indeed and not to be missed. Will be definitely going back. Locked area for car parking is available.

Break for a cold drink on the terrace at the Hotel Le Paquebot, this Sunday at 6 p.m. Ordered a freshly squeezed grapefruit juice which is on the menu. I think there's no more, the waiter told us, no problem, we'll order something else. On the way to pay, on the counter, there were several baskets full of grapefruits...!!!??? The waiter remained evasive when we asked, sending us on and wishing us a good evening.

Overall, quite disappointing. The welcome is more than surprising: "What do you want?" after hanging up on us on the intercom... A closed woman who obviously chose the wrong profession. The room is pleasant even if the decor is very present. The best thing is the balcony with a sea view, of course, even if the furniture has worn (see photo of the stains). The restaurant is just average with a so-called "homemade" fruit salad that mixes apples and canned fruit (in the middle of summer). The service is very amateur but fortunately pleasant.
