Hotel Panorama

The location and breakfast were the best parts of this hotel. Unfortunately, the rest of my stay was quite disappointing. The room was very basic and lacked even simple amenities such as a kettle and cups. There was no central heating, and the room itself felt quite outdated. The hotel was also very dark in many areas, which made the overall atmosphere feel unwelcoming. The WiFi has poor signal. With some renovation and better in-room facilities, the experience could be significantly improved.

Great views and good location The view from the room was great as well The room was recently renovated and had a smart Samsung TV

Good place to stay for 1-2 night. Good place, good peoples. Thanks a lot!

The location is excellent. Breakfast is OK. However, you just can’t expect more. You can’t even have hot water in this hotel. You can’t expect something like feeling homelike, warm greeting, hot coffee in the lobby and tissue beside the bed~~ But you definitely can take a small rest when your flight is in the late evening.

Just opposite the train station, room are really great and very modern. Didn’t expect much and was totally surprised. Simple but decent breakfast was included until 10am. Would definitely stay again!

I had a great stay at Hotel Panorama in Vilnius. The location is great, the room was quite clean (but old) and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a great choice for visiting Vilnius and I would definitely recommend it.

The first room I was moved to had clearly not been properly cleaned. The table was sticky, there was an old/open pack of chips left under the bed, and mold was visible at the top of the doorway. This was very disappointing and not the standard of cleanliness you expect. The second room I was suggested to move after request was better and noticeably cleaner.

You cannot lock your room door from the inside. I queried this and the check in lady (long hair, tattoos on left wrist) was rude and dismissive, says no rooms in the whole hotel are lockable and wouldn’t let us change room. Literally turned her back on us! Did not feel safe but Vilnius was full so had to put chair behind the door. It’s very big, corridors are dark and there’s no lights on the stairs. (Also found multiple hairs in the room and the bathroom door didn’t shut) Negative review due to the safety aspect and staff attitude:(
