In this place you will fell at home: you arrive in the evening and nobody made, the room. They claim I had recieved written information that housecleaning was inly ever two days. I didn't. Worse: they were extremely rude about it. And the ******* page does list daily housecleaning aa an amenity. Also, breakfast is poor, coffee is instant cffee, or paid nexpresso, but also bad.

Clean. Has a really nice outside area. And very safe. But really there only person that had a good attitude was a young male. Everyone else was very bland.

Be careful with this Hotel. I was charged the full price without even being there! Due to the actual emergency situation I decided not to visit Viña Del Mar. I asked the hotel kindly to wave the 50 % fee and sent a special cancellation request via Booking. I just received answers like “We can not cancel without a fee”. He then accepted the cancellation but charged me the full price. He did not answer my WhatsApp messages anymore, but putting stories on their social media about that rooms are free. After I commented his posts on Insta and FB he blocked me on both, as I also warned there other guests. He also deleted comments of my friends. After a while he answered , made fun of me and said „Read the rules and deal with it.“ The worst customer experience I ever had with a hostel !

Had a fantastic stay at this bed and breakfast in Viña del Mar, Chile. It's super clean and comfy. Big shoutout to Jose for the excellent customer service. Yummy breakfast and very convenient for the price. The location is great, and you can't beat the price. They're very responsive, no matter the time. Highly recommended!

Honestly, this place isn't great. I only stayed one night, and that was enough. There are only two people who speak English, so communication isn't always easy. The location is good, with restaurants and the metro within a 5-10 minute walk. The parking lot is tiny, as are the rooms and bathrooms. The property is average, and the breakfast isn't good quality; real coffee is an extra charge! So, it didn't meet my expectations or justify the price.

Muy cerca de La quinta Vergara , hay que tener en cuenta el regreso a la madrugada es muy solitario y nos pareció un poco peligroso aunque no nos pasó nada
