Really lovely hotel with fantastic service !
Cozy and comfortable as home.
Although location is a bit tricky but I will definitely comeback for holiday !
The food served in a restaurant is beautiful and wine list is amazing too. Must go check at the restaurant and the bar in the hotel while staying there.

Magical, smiling staff and very caring for the customer.
Very nice room, clean Very well equipped. Flute of champagne on arrival, small candies pffert in the room and again a delicate attention on departure. The spa is very good, clean, swimming pool, sauna, hammam and possibility of doing treatments. The restaurant, what to say, exceptional, refined , surprising, a real delight. Magical stay.

We stayed four nights after a family wedding and had a wonderful visit. The gastronomic restaurant was excellent and the waitstaff were very friendly. Our stay was absolutely made by Kingsley the concierge and Jerry in the bar. We were given wonderful recommendations for meals and places to visit. Our time at the hotel was relaxing and fun.

Overall, it's a beautiful venue and the service is impeccable (except at breakfast). Speaking of breakfast, the service was overwhelmed and inefficient. The buffet is fine for those who like 1960s-style buffets (cold meats, cheese, pastries, etc.) but disappointing if you're looking for healthy food. It is close to Reims (30 km), but it still takes 45 minutes to get there.

The hotel is in a great situation in the country near Epernay. A welcome glass of champagne greeted us on arrival. The staff were both helpful and professional but more bar staff would be a good idea. The modern decor in our spacious room was attractive although the bathroom was very small. The air conditioning was super efficient, much appreciated in 35C degrees. Dinner in the Bistro was somewhat disappointing. The surrounding garden provides a lovely surrounding for an after dinner stroll. There is a swimming pool but we did not have the energy to use it.
