Very bad. One lady staff had very bad attitude, (others staff are great) and the water pressure was also very low, causing a difficulty in showering. The -1 floor was very dark also, u might feel scared of using the laundry service there. Pls don't come here, never and ever!!!

Large room with basic cooking facilities. Close to public transport, Metro and RER station. Many restaurants around.

It's OK, it's close to the subway entrance, it's a good choice for business trips. No big problems. Breakfast is very ordinary.

I booked four rooms for 9 nights in total, but they refused to let me check in early for a room on Saturday, and asked me to come to their manager on Monday to solve the problem. Ctrip did nothing during this period. Very poor service attitude Second, there was no hot water during the entire stay from 10.20 to 10.24. The front desk pretended to be surprised. After we strongly requested to cancel the stay, they told us that the heating equipment was under maintenance and the prepaid room could not be refunded. Please stay away from this hotel and Ctrip when you come to Paris. It's a waste of black diamond membership.

Too expensive for the service!

The shower drain was poor. Also, there is an extra charge for replacing towels, so you have to send them to the laundry. It was comfortable, and the location was good as it was close to metro line 1.
