Staying here again after a few months, I feel that the front desk staff's Mandarin proficiency has improved even further. They are very thoughtful and attentive, offering great value for money. Payment methods are flexible and diverse, including WeChat Pay and Alipay. They even offer free laundry service for extended stays. Thumbs up!

The front desk staff provided excellent service in Chinese. The room was quiet, comfortable, and spacious. Located right in the city center, there are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. It's also super convenient for visiting Luxshare, Goertek, and Foxconn, and the airport is only about a seven to eight-minute taxi ride away.

The hotel is large, and the interior is nice. The rooms were spacious, and the service was quite good. Most importantly, the buffet breakfast was incredibly abundant; there was a wide variety to choose from, and it tasted excellent. I highly recommend this aspect!

Having stayed in 200 hotels for business and leisure, this is the first time I've encountered a hotel like this. They wouldn't let us bring food to our rooms, forcing us to eat in the lobby. At 1 AM, everyone was eating late-night snacks in the cold lobby. The front desk staff were extremely rude, saying that bringing food into the hotel would dirty the rooms and that the furniture was worth 100 million Vietnamese dong. Let's see what furniture in your hotel is worth 100 million Vietnamese dong? This is a complete insult to our dignity. This is the first time in three years I've given a bad review to a hotel. This kind of hotel, this kind of service?!

The owner is from Hubei and has been in Vietnam for many years. The handsome receptionist speaks Mandarin. The room facilities are basic, and the cleanliness could be improved. Vinh City is quite nice; Wang Bo's temple and tomb are in a seaside village about 20 kilometers away.
