She is not only incredibly friendly, but also highly professional and clearly passionate about her work. She accompanied us through the evening with great attention and served us a fantastic dinner. Each course was not only a culinary delight, but was also presented by her with great charm and friendliness. It is clear that Carla loves her job and is connected to her homeland. She wants to give her guests a sense of her homeland. This personal commitment enriched our stay in a way that is not often experienced. The culinary experience itself was also outstanding: fresh, high-quality ingredients, creative compositions, and perfectly balanced flavors—accompanied by a wonderful selection of wines.
