Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Virginia Beach

The facilities are old. The direct windows are good, but the deposit slug takes a long time.

My family & I recently stayed at this property, and the service was awesome!! We would definitely book here again!! To speak on why we would...One of the elevators was out of order, which is beyond their control, so to make the unpleasant situation pleasant; guests were provided with snacks and soda in the lobby while we waited for the elevator ... in addition to this dilemma, the water lines had to be tested, and the hotel was without water pressure for a little while; with that being said, guest were informed arrangements had been made so that we could use the neighboring hotel .... all the staff was extremely nice and I especially appreciated the security of ID check before a room key was given ... because there wasn't a hot-tub, I will give this hotel a 9/10 ... Wonderful booking

The hotel's facilities in Virginia Beach are about the same. There is a small balcony with two seats, you can see the sea on the balcony, and other facilities are just the same.
