recently booked five rooms at Rockdale Hotel under the name Subham Capital and had a truly pleasant experience. The hotel offered a meal plan, and we were impressed with both the quality and variety of the food – everything was delicious and well-prepared. A special mention to the front office staff, Vijaya and Kamal, who were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They assisted us warmly in Odia and Hindi, which made the communication smooth and welcoming. Their hospitality truly stood out. The rooms were neat, clean, and comfortable, exactly what we were hoping for during our stay. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience at Rockdale Hotel and will definitely visit again. They were well-groomed, courteous, and highly knowledgeable about the hotel’s services and amenities. The check-in was swift and smooth — they had my reservation ready, provided me with all the necessary information about the room, Wi-Fi access, breakfast timing, and even offered a quick rundown of nearby attractions. I regularly attend the monthly kitty party hosted at Hotel Rockdale, and every visit has been a great experience. The banquet hall is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is perfect for social gatherings. Special thanks to the front office staff, especially Vijaya, for being so helpful and courteous. The service provided by Ganga Dhar and the rest of the Service Corporation team has been consistently excellent. I truly enjoy every event here and will definitely continue to visit!

This was our group's second visit to Rockdale Hotel, and once again, we had a great experience. The hospitality was excellent, and we truly appreciated the assistance provided by the staff—especially Vijaya, who was very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The service was consistent with our first visit, which made us feel welcome and valued. Looking forward to coming back again

Our recent stay at Hotel Rockdale, arranged through Patro Sir (Manager), was once again excellent, as always with Bank of India bookings. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable experience. The food was absolutely delicious and met everyone's expectations. Special mention to Vijaya from the front office – her assistance was outstanding. She ensured every guest was well taken care of from the moment they checked in. The team promptly followed up with feedback calls and quickly addressed any issues, no matter how small. Stay was pleasant. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Place is about 2km from RK Beach. Food is also very good. All amenities available nearby. All shopping centres are also closed and all the eateries and shopping places are also very near.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Rockdale. The front office, especially GRE Vijaya and her team, went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They were friendly, attentive, and explained everything thoroughly, ensuring I had all the information I needed. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and will definitely visit again. Highly recommended!
