The room was totally unclean. Bedsheets that were provided were dirty and stinking. Room was not properly lit. There's net connectivity issues too.

I have booked non ac room , my experience is not good in the hotel beacauseNo towels , No blankets , No hot water and lots of mosquito .

Absolutely delightful experience at the hotel! from the elegant ambiance to the impeccable service, every moment was a pleasure. The hotel bed was very small. Where we had our booking for 2 adults with a child. I wanted a glass for my baby to drink water. But the receptionist said that they cannot provide it.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. The room was clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and restful stay. The amenities provided were satisfactory, and i appreciated the complimentary wi-fi, which was reliable and fast. The hotel's restaurant served delicious meals, catering to various tastes. However, there were a few areas where improvement could be made. The breakfast buffet lacked variety, and a more diverse selection of fresh fruits and local delicacies would be a nice addition. Additionally, the gym facilities could use some upgrading to accommodate more fitness options. Despite these minor drawbacks, i enjoyed my stay at hotel morya and would consider returning in the future. The attentive staff and prime location made it a convenient and enjoyable stay.
