"We booked two double superior rooms with sea view and all inclusive accommodation. The first negative thing were with the rooms. Initially we got two corner rooms on the 1st floor. One had a beautiful view to the window of the other hotel, the other was OK, but both were very noisy (the beach is right in front of the hotel). After some convincing, on the second day we got two rooms on the 4th floor (one normal and one corner room) which were so much nicer. The rooms are generally clean, and cleaned daily, the AC works fine, all rooms have balcony where smoking is allowed. The beds are very comfortable and there are ample storage for 2 people for a week. Be prepared that Italy uses a different AC socket type than other European countries. EU phone chargers and other low-power non-earthed electronics will work, but for anything else you will need a plug socket adapter. Do your research before leaving from home. Back to the hotel. They have several garages. One is 500 meters from the hotel, on the other side of the railroad. One is 30 meters from the building and they have a couple of spots in front of the estate. They wanted to give us space in the furthest parking place, we had to fight for one closer. Breakfast is from 7:30 to 10:00. You have to arrive for launch and dinner in the specified 30 minute time window (from 12:30 to 13:00 and from 19:30 to 20:00 respectively) or you will not be served. Turned out the term 'all inclusive' is meant differently in Italy (or at least in this hotel). Unlimited food and drinks were limited for the time periods of breakfast, launch and dinner times. The food was served as a buffet table and it was delicious. Typical italian dishes (pasta, risotto, salad) sprinkled with some international kitchen (last day there was Hungarian beef stew - wrongly named 'goulash' so that people recognize it) The drinks selection was limited to sparkling an still water, a local sparkling orange juice, regular Pepsi, local bier (Peroni) and one type of red and white wine (red was fair, white was quite good). Tea and coffee were only served in the morning, you need to buy from the bar in other times. We were not allowed to take the drinks with you to the hotel room or to the hotel terrace (likely to make you buy from the bar). This is basically full board with alcohol included! Despite all the bad things, we had a great time here. The staff was wonderful, especially the waiter Dimitro and the receptionist Ylenia! The hotel needs correct the miscommunication to be as good as it sounds on first sight."

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the place is pet-friendly. The location is great—close to the beach and nearby restaurants. They also offer a free breakfast, which was a wonderful bonus. I’m surprised it’s not more expensive considering how convenient it is and how close it is to local establishments. The service was truly worth more than what I paid for. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place."

"Just returned after a fantastic week stay at this lovely hotel, exceptional service from all the staff but a special mention to Tania who was a massive help with our reservation and organised transfers from the hotel. Excellent breakfast each morning with a great variety. Peaceful pool area with sunbeds available all the time plus location of hotel directly on the beach was wonderful, several restaurant recommendations were helpful also, would not hesitate to return."

"I travelled with my daughter as a chance to spend some much needed quality time together, doing as little as possible after a stressful few years. This hotel delivered in bucket fulls. The staff were helpful and very friendly, the hotel was really close to the beach with reserved loungers and parasol, although l loved just staying by the pool under the shade of the old pine trees. The food was fantastic and very authentic, with a good choice and special requests were dealt with promptly. Vincenzo looked after us really well, reseving our table and remembering the right wines. Thankyou, we had a fabulous time."

"We were passing through on our way home to Germany from Puglia. I chose the hotel because it offered a room for four people near the motorway at a very good price. The reception staff were very friendly. We had room 104. The room was perfectly adequate for sleeping, with a nice, new bathroom and a large balcony. Even in April, it was completely quiet there. We slept well and then continued our journey."

"Negative experience with the very rude breakfast manager. I DO NOT RECOMMEND her just for this reason: the room was cleaned in short, crumbs under the bed, the intercom was full of dust, only the reception staff."

Traveling with friends
Hotel Villa dei Fiori - Sul Mare Con Piscina ★★★
"Extremely friendly, helpful and understanding staff, BUT... POOR CLEANING: each of the two rooms used by the group, both upon arrival and in the morning after cleaning, were DIRTY. - When cleaning the toilets with water, there were residues of black dirt on the cloth - We found hair (not ours) and lint between the sheets and under the pillow - Stains and hair on the floor and in the freshly changed towels - There is no bidet , and the shower has large cracks from which water leaks - The soap dispenser has always been empty - At the restaurant, the tablecloth was stained with a drink spilled the night before - The hydromassage was never made usable due to rain (but not continuous) Sad MEALS , canteen and repetitive: - Always dishes based on pasta, potatoes, beans, cold cuts (e.g. second course of ham and mozzarella), meat and RARELY fish (sad, being at the seaside) - Breakfast to forget!!! Only stale croissants and coffee/burnt cap of the machine + Positive note: possibility of choosing outside the menu, asking for an encore and good dessert OTHER - Room keys often left unattended without checking who takes them - The air conditioning does not work - Room small, definitely different from the photos + A few minutes from the beach + Extremely helpful staff"

Family
Hotel Palos ★★★
"Horel front sea, with three small parking areas. Evite the pergola that roughs your car. Room with double bed and castle bed sufficiently wide, with recently refurbished furnishings, TV and air conditioning. Clean room. The fridge bar is clean, the bathroom is clean with every day towel change, the box is a wide shower, the restaurant is quite good, the restaurant is clean, the self-service is well served, the vegetables are cooked and crude. The containers with the pieces once "was empty" were immediately filled. Maybe to speed up the flats of the tables. The only thing that missed me was the lack of dessert variety. One night, a good sweet tiramisu was served, and it was unfortunate that there was no one for all, but the menu was always different even if the next day some packet was re-proposed with the ( good ) dishes of the day before. Fish always present at lunch and dinner, as first and second. Maybe the room should be better exploited. A lot of close and narrow tables, and part of the room little used by the other side of the buffet. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable. The hotel's beach is the 55 beach, with ballfield, bowls, ping pong, kids games, toy deposit cabins, hygiene services. Public means for Rimini to be boosted. If there was only one pedestrian path between the Pedrera Tower and Viserbella, it would be better. I think we'll be back."

"The hotel is a family-run hotel where you feel welcome with open arms. Comfortable and clean rooms. Very comfortable bedrooms. Top breakfast, rich in sweet goods made by the owners and salt. But what I left most in my heart was the availability, gentleness and smile of the owners. We were in 14 (six friends and our eight daughters), a group not very simple. George and his wife managed to meet all our needs with so much patience and smiles and to make us feel at home... That's much better than at home! Thank you very much. Finally all the comforts at hand: two minutes' beach, a good restaurant two steps and a supermarket 100 meters. I advise everyone, especially families. If we can reorganise a holiday, we will certainly return to them."
