In a beautiful little valley in the shadows of the Monti Sibillini lies the elegant, ancient Convento Acqua Premula hotel with its spectacular grounds, bubbling springs and the wonderful Restaurant La Foresteria. Just north of the town of Norcia (with its rich culinary history based on their DOP Prosciutto and Cingiale Salumi), you can feel the tension dissolve from your shoulders as you enter the long meandering driveway through the forest …and then the hotel emerges from the woods. The deluxe room we had was spacious and comfortable. We were greeted in the parking lot by the most welcoming, warm fellow (shame on us for not getting his name, as he was the most excellent host we have had the pleasure to meet)….and escorted to our beautiful room a short walk across the ancient cloister of the former convent. Peace and tranquillity ooze from the ancient walls of this place…and sipping excellent wines while munching on a selection of munchies (Pistachios, chips, nuts and fresh olives) outdoors under the shade of huge trees is an excellent way to forget the urgencies of travel. The Maître d’Hotel (previously mentioned - damn, I wish we got his name!) was an exceptional host, covering the several occupied tables with elegance and ease, while making excellent recommendations on dinner and wine paring.

Meraviglioso e tutto perfetto! Cura dei dettagli in un parco di pace e tranquillità in mezzo alla natura con una sorgente che sgorga a pochi metri! Fantastica location, eccellenza a tutto campo, gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff e di Giacomo che ci ha coccolato dall'inizio alla fine! Pulizia top, giardino molto curato e piscina bellissima! La cucina al ristorante la Foresteria è fantastica, scelta del menu molto variegata e di classe. Abbiamo mangiato divinamente e i vini Umbri erano eccellenti! Tutto perfetto insomma, quindi da inserire nei ricordi dei posti più belli visitati, da ritornarci comunque molto volentieri! Complimenti a tutto lo staff, avanti così!

Situato tra le dolci colline umbre, questo antico convento ristrutturato conserva un fascino autentico, circondato da un parco meraviglioso e da sorgenti d’acqua cristallina, che regalano un senso di pace e rigenerazione assoluta. La location è semplicemente magica: il verde che abbraccia ogni angolo invita a prendersi una vera pausa dalla frenesia quotidiana, offrendo il lusso più prezioso — il tempo per sé stessi, immersi nella bellezza della natura. Il ristorante interno, La Foresteria, propone un menù d’élite che conquista al primo sguardo (e ancor di più al primo assaggio!). Ogni piatto è curato nei minimi dettagli, con accostamenti di sapori originali e sorprendenti. I ravioli ripieni al coniglio sono un'autentica esplosione di gusto, la tagliata eccellente. Un plauso speciale va a Giuseppe, una presenza fondamentale che arricchisce l’esperienza. La sua affabilità, professionalità e autentica passione per l'accoglienza trasformano ogni soggiorno in qualcosa di davvero unico. Giuseppe non fa semplicemente il suo lavoro: lo vive come una missione, ed è raro incontrare persone tanto straordinarie. Consiglio questo luogo a chiunque voglia concedersi un'esperienza autentica e rigenerante, tra natura, buon cibo e un’accoglienza che scalda il cuore. Voto 10 e lode!

Un’oasi di pace curata nei minimi dettagli: il giardino enorme ed estremamente curato, il ristorante bellissimo e buonissimo (carré di agnello eccellente) e ci ha stupito la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Giuseppe. Arredamento di ottimo gusto e prezzo giusto considerando che non si paga solo la camera, ma si può usufruire dell’intera struttura e del suo enorme giardino

Il Convento di Acquapremula a Sellano , nell’umbra Valnerina, è un luogo UNICO !!! Antico convento del 1300 circa , e ‘ stato meravigliosamente ristrutturato ed adibito a resort . Ma il fiore all’occhiello dell’ex convento è il suo immenso parco , di una bellezza mozzafiato con le sorgenti , cascate e vasche d’acqua ovunque sparse …. C’è anche una bella piscina esterna per godersi la natura rigogliosa immersi nel verde durante la bella stagione . Le stanze , tutte ex celle dei monaci che vi hanno abitato nel lontano passato , sono state ristrutturate con eleganza e comfort , pur mantenendo la sobrietà propria del luogo . Il ristorante , LA FORESTERIA, aperto agli ospiti sia a pranzo che a cena , offre un menu vario tra ottimi antipasti , primi , secondi e dessert ( con varie etichette di vini ) tutti nel rispetto della tradizione gastronomica umbra . Anche la colazione , al mattino , si presenta varia tra dolce e salato , con prodotti di alta qualità e a km 0 . Una menzione a parte merita la caldissima accoglienza e l’estrema disponibilità di tutto lo staff , dalla reception al ristorante . Un grazie di ♥️ a Giacomo , Giuseppe , Manuela e Laura per il vostro affettuoso accoglierci e coccolarci ! Il Convento di Acquapremula non può non rimanere nel CUORE di chi è suo ospite !! Bella struttura nel verde, luogo di pace e silenzio, ottimo per staccare dalla vita frenetica. L'antico convento è stato sapientemente ristrutturato, tutti i locali comuni sono arredati con ottimo gusto. Ottimo il ristorante, che serve prodotti di grande qualità. Un encomio particolare al Receptionist Giuseppe, professionale e disponibile in ogni occasione. Ci siamo sentiti un po' meno "accolti" dal direttore della struttura che pecca un po' invece in customer care: approccio asettico, poco incline ad accogliere le segnalazioni dei clienti ( il sistema di raffreddamento della nostra camera non era affatto performante e non abbiamo purtroppo dormito molto bene a causa del caldo di questi giorni) e soprattutto con un atteggiamento poco incline a risolvere i problemi perché indispettito dalla nostra segnalazione. Abbiamo poi scoperto da altre recensioni che lo stesso comportamento è stato riservato anche nei confronti di altri ospiti che hanno soggiornato in passato o più recentemente nella struttura. Davvero un gran peccato.

Bellissimo posto incantevole e solitario Per amanti della tranquillità Cucina impeccabile con gusti di grande Valore e tradizioni Umbriesi rivisitati potrebbe avere qualche stella , ambiente finemente arredato,carta dei vini eccellente X la colazione tipica italiana. Consiglierei un po' più di fantasia e un buon cappuccino molto importante con caffè con più gusto
