However, when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk informed me that the hotel had discontinued its breakfast service about two months ago. As a result, no breakfast was available despite what was advertised on my reservation. Because I relied on the information provided by Trip.com, my family did not prepare or purchase breakfast in advance, which caused significant inconvenience and negatively affected our trip. I request appropriate compensation or a partial refund for the inaccurate information provided in the booking listing.
