This place is not very good. Rooms are like one bed apartment with cheap furniture and no cutlery or plates in the kitchen. The hardest mattress I ever slept on and rude staff. Girl on duty for Sunday morning 17th November needs to go to customer service class as she fails on all counts. No restaurant on a Saturday night and not many in area but check in staff said quite proudly they had a vending machine in the car park. We ended up eating Burger King. Breakfast they want to charge €20 but then asked to pick off a chalk board with dishes costing €4. Give this place a very wide miss. Wish we had booked elsewhere.

Beautiful spacious rooms, comfortable bed and staff were outstanding especially Eva at reception and Este at breakfast. We werent advised we couldnt use the kitchen facilities so that was the only negative lack of info

Pleasantly surprised at the size of the apartment. Own. Very large comfortable bed. Shower barely hot. Room prices low in view of the services. However very disappointed with the restaurant, quantities at the limit of a children's menu (photo attached) and high price, 5 euros for a yogurt, 6 euros for a small plate for our 1 and a half year old daughter. Too bad because everything was very good. But shame the dish.

My mother called before we decided on that hotel asking if they catered for celiacs and very happily they told her YES. They only gave me a gluten-free hamburger bun and dry biscuits (although I asked for another bread for breakfast) Quite precarious and the gluten-free offer was scarce.

Very good service, spacious and comfortable room, breakfast not very varied but with the essentials. Still removed from the city center. Quiet location. I recommend it to anyone who is in Vitória, which is a city to visit that surprised me.

We spent one night in this hotel, great welcome and very helpful (heated our son's bottle for us in their break room). Very large room for a very reasonable price, very quiet area because it is slightly out of the way but access to shops less than 10min walk away, and impeccable cleanliness. We had a very good night.

Viajamos en família en vacaciones de Pascua. Reservamos a través de la página oficial del hotel dos días antes, y no nos salió económico, ya que era reserva de última hora. En la reserva solo teníamos el alojamiento, porque no quisimos pagar 15 euros por persona por el desayuno. Nuestra habitación era un apartamento, con cocina, baño, 1 habitación y salón. Muy espaciosa, limpia, y con todas las comodidades para hacer comidas en la habitación. Nos alojamos dos noches y, aunque las instalaciones son normales, sin grandes pretensiones, podemos valorar positivamente nuestra estancia.
