Check in was good. Friendly staff and very helpful, especially the young woman with the long dark hair, who worked the later shift during our stay. The room was very clean, but a bit small. Good location.

The hotel is situated quite close to the old town and easy to walk to all the bars and restaurants. However it has no parking and we had to park our car hundreds of metres away- which made it awkward. It does not have a restaurant- and for breakfast they bring a very limited meal to your room in a plastic tray-

Honestly, it just has location. Uncomfortable rooms, we had three beds in a double room and could hardly move. The bathroom was also uncomfortable, you couldn't move in it and with a lack of comfort even to get out of the shower. The breakfast, one of the worst I've ever experienced, brik juices, bad coffee and not fresh fruit. The worst thing is the price, €100 per night when the NH in Vitoria leaves for just €20 more. Not to return

Came to spend a night with family, we had a large spacious room. Unfortunately the bedding is not at all comfortable, and the bathroom is dated! For one night it's okay... but no more! On the other hand, very warm welcome from the receptionists, and good explanations in French. Ideal location very close to the center Hotel parking with a few spaces charged at €15/day.

The bathroom in our room was somewhat small and uncomfortable, although clean, it is true that the tiled area of the shower was more neglected and gave a dirty feeling. The hotel in general needs a lot more maintenance, cleaning, painting, order... Acceptable for a couple of nights maximum. I don't think it's the quality expected of a 3 🌟. For the price-quality they offer it is very expensive. I would only return if they adjust the price to the quality offered.

It is one thing for the building to be old and another for it to be dirty and neglected. The bathroom was dirty and hairy, the shower support broken, you couldn't shower or bathe since there was no plug. The towel rack was loose. The single dose that they leave you in the empty hydroalcoholic gel room. Stains on the walls and furniture. We were in a loft with shutters that could not be closed as they were broken. La chambre ne ressemble pas du tout à la photo.
La chambre est minuscule et la porte de la salle de bain se ferme avec difficulté en forçant avec les 2 mains, pareil pour l’ouvrir.
Les rideaux des fenêtres sont trop court…
Les draps, oreillers et couvertures étaient un peu sales… avec des cheveux.
Les chambres ne sont pas bien isolés, c’est une construction ancienne. Le bruit du parquet est insupportable, on entend tout des chambres à côté, et on entend également des personnes marcher dans le couloir ou les autres étages jusqu’à tard le soir et assez tôt le matin, comme si la même personne faisait les 100 pas, mais c’est sûrement un bruit produit par toutes les personnes occupants l’hôtel.
Le chauffage est trop chaud, mais j’ai compris pourquoi…, je n’ai pas changé de le réglage du thermostat et pendant la nuit il faisait froid… je pense qu’il y a des problèmes d’isolation.
Concernant le petit déjeuner, il vaut mieux manger dehors… il n’y a pas grand chose et la qualité n’est pas au rendez-vous.
